Running Club

This club is for those who love and/or want to improve their running.

This club makes running fun and motivates people to push through their goals and set new ones. Fartlek and hill training will be given every 6 weeks to improve pace and performance.

You must be able to run a minimum of 5k.

We hope that this is the start of a new adventure in your life with our running club, we strongly believe that you will be challenged to improve when you are around other people that have common running interests.

Available to both members and pay as you go users.
