Trampolining

My girls absolutely love trampolining with Adele. She has a very patient and nurturing way of coaching, one which has brought out my children’s confidence. I would highly recommend.

Our trampolining courses are suitable for children aged 4 to 17 years and are available at Trinity Sports & Leisure and Robert Blake & Elmwood Leisure in Bridgwater.

Our fun filled trampolining sessions are great for building confidence and improving balance and coordination as well as keeping fit & having fun.

Whilst learning new skills, such as tuck jumps through to somersaults, children work towards the British Gymnastic Association Trampoline Proficiency awards 1-15.

Sessions are led by fully qualified and experienced instructors with all abilities welcome from beginner to advanced.

Meet Kate in the video below, where she explains what you can expect when you come to a trampolining or gymnastics session.

Amelia has been going to trampolining lessons for 2 years. She had no confidence in herself, would never talk to new people or try anything new. Kate has been amazing. She's very patient and absolutely loves her job! Amelia was put forward for a competition just 6 months after starting and achieved 2nd place in single routine and 2nd place in group. She then started gymnastics which she thoroughly enjoys as well.
