Whilst the fitness industry has seen a rush of interest in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), we decided that we didn’t want our customers who prefer to exercise in the water to miss out on this fantastic workout!

Using an innovative approach to cardiovascular training, AquaHiit involves brief bursts of very high-intensity work followed by a recovery period, where the buoyancy properties of the water allow you to work at a higher level with less impact on your body.

We politely ask that participants ensure footwear is removed before entering the changing rooms.

Available to both members and pay as you go users.
