Trinity Sports & Leisure
Trinity Sports & Leisure is closed temporarily until 12th April
Latest News - Trinity Sports & Leisure gym, swimming pools and pitches are getting ready to reopen!
Following the government announcement and proposed roadmap, we are now getting ready to reopen the gym, swimming pools and junior swim lessons from Monday 12th April, subject to government confirmation. As per the government guidance we are not able to offer indoor group exercise classes, indoor adult sport or adult swim lessons until the 17th May. However, we will be putting on a number of outdoor classes and live to your living room classes during this period as an alternative.
Our outdoor sports pitches will be ready to reopen and book from Monday 29th March. If you’re interested in making a new booking on the pitch for a club or group – please drop us an email on email@example.com.
Your payment plan
All direct debits are currently frozen. These will automatically restart from 8 April 2021 and remain on your previous direct debit collection date. If your direct debit payment was taken on 1st January, your first payment will be taken on the 1st May at a reduced rate to compensate for the days we are closed up until the 12th April. Customers who have their Direct Debit payments taken on the 8th, 15th and 25th of the month will have their payments adjusted to compensate for any money owed following the lockdown.
If you have an annual membership, this will be extended for the time that we have been closed to ensure that you receive your full 12 month membership.
Please do not cancel your direct debit at your bank
We hope you wish to remain with us. If you have cancelled your direct debit mandate with your bank directly, we will be unable to automatically reinstate your membership when we reopen and you may also incur additional sign up costs.
If you have paid for any up front activities such as pay and go classes or events, you will be credited. You will then be able to re-book when we return to business as usual.
Swimming lessons and Love Sport sessions
Spaces, days and times will be secured until we reopen, unless you have cancelled your direct debit. Any sessions owed for customers that paid on 1st January will be balanced when the sessions recommence.
On demand classes
Our studios will be closed but we can still support you with our On Demand Class app. Access an amazing range of workouts and classes on your device from your own home. Train whenever, wherever you like with a no-commitment monthly subscription of just £9.99, giving you access to a huge range of sessions. Click here for details and online sign up.
Please keep an eye on this page and our Facebook page for updates.
As a not for profit charitable trust, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your loyal support throughout these uncertain times and we look forward to welcoming you back again in soon. Keep safe.
