We are delighted to open our doors again on 25 July 2020 and start welcoming you back to Trinity Sports & Leisure. We have missed you. Check our opening dates below:

* 25 July 2020 - gym to open

* 1 August 2020 - group exercise classes to resume

* 1 August 2020 -swimming pool open and swimming lessons resume

* 8th August 2020 - Pay as you go group exercise will recommence. Book now via the website, app or by phone.

* New membership signs ups and PAYG fitness suite coming soon!

We have been working hard to ensure we provide a safe environment for you to continue your health and fitness journey with us. We all have a role to play in keeping safe - please support us by kindly following these simple rules:

Gym and group exercise classes

* Gym sessions and classes available to existing members only. We will reopen for Pay as you Go customers soon.

* Gym sessions will be 45 minute slots. Max of 2 sessions/classes per person per day.

* Only come to the Centre if you have a booking, as we are unable to accept any walk-ins at this time. All sessions must be pre-booked in advance via the 1610 app, online or via our contact centre.

* Use the allocated wait zones when arriving and leave promptly at the end of your session to allow for equipment to be cleaned.

* Bring your own drink as water fountains out of use.

* Bring your own mat for all sessions/classes excluding Group Cycle.

* Please no towels - use the paper towels provided to wipe equipment after use.

* No bags to be taken on gym floor. Lockers are available where safe to do so.

* Turn up ready to work out, as changing facilities and showers are out of use, unless using the toilets or swimming.


* Pay as you Go swimming is available.

* All sessions (whether you are a member or pay as you go) must be pre-booked in advance via the 1610 app, online or via our contact centre.

* Sessions are 45 minutes each. Max of 2 can be booked per person per day.

* Use the allocated wait zone when arriving.

* Turn up swim-ready in costume/shorts, to limit time spent in the changing village.

* The changing village will operate in a one way system. You will be given access up to 10 minutes before your session. Lockers can be used.

* Showers will not be available.

* You will have 10 minutes to leave the changing rooms following the end of your session to allow for cleaning.

Swimming lessons

* Arrive 5 minutes before the lesson and use the allocated wait zone.

* Swimmers will be allowed in through to the changing village 10 minutes before their class to change (one way system in place) then onto poolside 5 minutes before their class in a holding location (different each group) ready for their session (one way system in place on poolside).

* Swimmers to turn up swim-ready in costume/shorts to limit time spent in the changing village. Please help children with goggles and hats before they enter the pool as teachers will not be able to assist.

* Max of one parent per child to enter the building, and must remain seated within the gallery viewing area or cafe for the duration of the lesson.

* You will have 10 minutes to leave the changing rooms following the end of your session to allow for cleaning.

* Showers will not be available.

* Rising 4’s classes - one parent per child will be expected to assist the child in the water for the lesson.

    The race will start and finish at Collett Park in the centre of Shepton Mallet, leaving the park crossing Charlton Road down past the town’s famous prison and weaving through the streets before escaping onto scenic country lanes.
