All sessions can be pre-booked in advance via the 1610 app, online or via our Customer Experience Team by calling your local centre. We are also able to accept walk-ins if space is available.
Our team are happy to help and can be contacted at the following times:
- Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 7.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday - 9.00am to 1.00pm

Please remember, if you cancel your booking less than two hours before your class/gym/swim session, or do not attend a class/gym/swim session, there will be a late cancellation fee of £3.00 applied to your account. No fee will be applied if you cancel more than two hours before the class/gym/swim session.
