This short 30 minute class is sure to give you a full body workout. Just as you would with a land based circuits class, you'll be guided through a range of easy to follow exercises that will work all the key muscle areas.
Not getting enough of workout from your existing swim programme? Give Water Circuits a go, as this class is perfect for pushing yourself that little bit further. However, if for any reason you'd prefer to take it a little easy due to recovering from injury or illness then that too is possible as you can work at your own pace.
