With a 1610 membership you’ll have access to state of the art fitness equipment and a great range of group exercise classes, as well as receiving expert support and advice from our friendly motivating team members.

Students aged 12+ and in full-time secondary education from Year 7 to Year 13. Years 12 - 13 are the first two years immediately following compulsory education and students may be in school sixth form, sixth form college FE college or other training providers.

If your doctor or health professional feels that physical activity can help with a health condition they can refer you to join our Wellness works membership. You can also refer yourself to 1610’s wellness works scheme if you have any existing medical or health condition, or even if you just need some extra support, guidance or motivation.

Wellness works membership gives you full access to Centre facilities from opening to 5 pm and throughout the weekends.

Our Exercise referral gym staff will work closely to ensure you receive the best possible exercise prescription for you, which includes all group exercise classes, swim sessions where applicable and use of our fitness suite.
