This specifically tailored class is run on Tuesday evenings 9pm - 10pm taught by qualified Swimming and Triathlon Coach, Caroline Facey. Caroline has competed in a variety of triathlons all over the country, so you're in good hands. She also runs a Triathlon slanted SwimFit on a Wednesday evening at 6-7pm.
