Fitness Qualifications: BTEC national diploma in sport development and fitness, level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal training, level 3 nutrition & weight management, level 2 pre & post natal instructor, level 2 exercise to music, level 2 circuits instructor, swimfit instructor.
Starting my teenage life as sporty spice I have never veered from that. I have spent my entire career within the fitness industry; keeping myself in shape is definitely a passion of mine and I have always been more of a gym based athlete as well as enjoying a high energy group exercise class.

A few of Rosie’s favourite things
When it comes to the gym I’m not one for sitting on the same machines for a whole session. You’ll pretty much always find me in the weights department, generally partaking in a HITT session to work cardio, calorie burn and tone all at the same time and in less time.
Outside the gym I am a single mum, so there goes most of my time, so the little lady is high up the list - otherwise I’m a bit of a dancing queen and love a night out with the girls, another form of good exercise. I’m a book worm and can’t help going through correcting bad grammar and keeping up to date with Netflix once my daughter is in bed.
Well I imagine any fitness professional would find that a toughie. I’m a big fan of combination moves to target as much of the body in one go as possible, so I think I’d have to go with a barbell clean and a barbell back row into a straight leg deadlift.
