Core Stability, Kettlebells, Boxercise, HIIT and Circuits.

About Me:

I qualified as a PT in 2006 and I’ve been getting people fit and healthy ever since. Being a health and fitness enthusiast myself, I always lead by example. Unlike so many PT’s I don’t dish out false promises and guarantees, but I am extremely proud of the fact I’ve NEVER given up on a client. I deliver a ‘smart approach’ to fitness training using my vast array of skills, qualifications, experience and unique understanding. I know all the tricks of the trade and I’m very clever at helping people overcome obstacles and plateaus. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life and have a rare ability to be able to adapt to the client and tailor make exercise to suit them. I make fitness enjoyable, challenging and extremely worthwhile.

A Few of Sam’s Favourite Things:

Food is one of my biggest hobbies. I’ve got lots of great meal prep ideas. I enjoy cooking and being in the gym.

Favourite Exercise:

Easy, press-ups! Basic yes, but there’s a reason why the basics are the basics it’s because they work! Press – ups couldn’t be any more basic or more effective. It can’t be a coincidence that whenever press – ups are a staple in my routine I’m in great shape.
