Registering for online booking

To register for online booking we require you to set your password and login details the first time. This will require your Member ID, if your unsure of your Member ID then please contact your local centre - Please note this is not the number on your membership card.

Once you have your Member ID please follow the below steps:

  • Must be 8 Characters Long and include;
    • One uppercase
    • One lowercase
    • One number
    • One special character - e.g !

Please follow the steps below to reset your password: 

  • Step 1 - Password request. Request your new password using your email - request password.
  • Step 2 - Wait for an email to arrive in your inbox with a new password reset link. Click on the link. 
  • Step 3 - Set new password 
  • Step 4 - All done - Simply login to the mobile app or website using your email address and the new password you've just  set. 
  • Step 5 - When logging back into the mobile app be sure to click on the 'book class' tile. 

Booking Terms and Conditions

Casual Bookings and Direct Debit customers (Includes Premier Members) - This applies to all casual bookings made including those made on-line or via the Mobile App:

1. Any booking cancelled within 2 hours of the start time, shall be charged to the named booking.

2. The amount charged will be the equivalent to the price of one casual session of the activity being booked.

3. No charge will be incurred for bookings cancelled 2 hours or before.

4. Any booking that is not cancelled or is not attended (no show) will be charged in line with point 2 above.

'Pay as you go' customers

 1. No refunds or transfers will be given to pay as you go customers unless cancelled by 1610 Ltd.
