Booking Terms and Conditions

Casual Bookings and Direct Debit customers (Includes Premier Members) - This applies to all casual bookings made including those made on-line or via the Mobile App:

1. Any booking cancelled within 2 hours of the start time, shall be charged to the named booking.

2. The amount charged will be the equivalent to the price of one casual session of the activity being booked.

3. No charge will be incurred for bookings cancelled 2 hours or before.

4. Any booking that is not cancelled or is not attended (no show) will be charged in line with point 2 above.

'Pay as you go' customers

  1. All bookings for activities Not included in your Membership must be paid for at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable in the event of you cancel your booking or you fail to show up for your activity.
