Shepton Mallet 10k 2018

The race will start and finish at Collett Park in the centre of Shepton Mallett, leaving the park crossing Charlton Road down past the town’s famous prison and weaving through the streets before escaping onto scenic country lanes. Its a hilly but picturesque route all on tarmac - watch out for the 2 challenging hills along the way!
Runners of all abilities are welcome at the event.

- Registration - 8.15am (race numbers and timing chips to be collected on race day)
- Entry fee - Affiliated & 1610 members = £14/ Unaffiliated = £16 (£2 extra on the day - only available if the race limit isnt reached)
- Start time - 10.00am
- Minimum age of 15 (16 on or before 31/12/18)
- Finishers medals and age group prizes

- Registration - 9.00am (collect race number)
- Entry fee - £2.50
- Start time - 10.15am
- Medals for all runners
An event for the whole family
We know it can seem a long time for spectators to wait, especially the youngest members of the family, so why not enter your little ones into our very popular 1k Junior Fun run (£2.50 entry includes medal) or why not visit Collett Park Cafe for a hot drink and snack.
Part of the 1610 Race Series
The Shepton Mallet 10k is part of the 1610 Race Series, consisting of four 10k races and our family 5k & 2k fun run - which are all located across the counties of Somerset and Dorset.
