Our 30-minute MOVE. Train. Play class is perfect for those of you looking to benefit from an instructor led, low impact, circuit based class set in a sociable environment.
This class will give you a full body workout incorporating body weight, resistance and cardio vascular exercises. The session is suitable for all abilities, with it being particularly beneficial to those of you with pre-existing medical conditions or are returning to exercise after an operation or injury.
