Caryford Fitness and Leisure is a modern facility, boasting a spacious air-conditioned studio with a range of classes on offer each day, a fitness studio with state of the art Technogym equipment and a four-court sports hall for clubs, friends or work colleagues to come and enjoy a game of football, netball, basketball or Badminton.
Our friendly and welcoming centre offers an inclusive wellness and sports facility for the local community of Castle Cary and the surrounding areas.
