Block Booking
Cancellation by 1610:

1. 1610 reserves the right to cancel any booking and to end a hire period at any stage.
2. The hiring fee already paid in respect of a cancelled booking will be refunded.
3. 1610 will not be responsible for expenditure undertaken or loss incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Cancellation by hirer: (If the hirer cancels a booking for any reason, the following will apply)

1. For a cancellation within 14 days or less before the booking, 100% of the total hire fee is to be paid.
2. The above charges will be levied irrespective of whether facilities are subsequently rehired.
3. If a cancellation for a booking is received at least 14 days prior to the booking, the manager has the discretion for charges to be levied on the booking. All requests to be put in writing to the manager, at least 14 days before the booking.

Special/One Off Bookings

1. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
2. Should the hirer wish to cancel within 14 days or less of the booking, the non refundable deposit will be kept by the site and the remaining amount must be paid in full.
3. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Manager at least 14 days prior to the booking.
4. Full payment for the outstanding balance should be made before or on the day of the booking.
5. All bookings are non transferable.

Casual Bookings
Direct Debit customers - This applies to all casual bookings made including those made on-line:

1. Any booking cancelled within 2 hours of the start time, shall be charged to the named booking.
2. The amount charged will be the equivalent to the price of one casual session of the activity being booked.
3. No charge will be incurred for bookings cancelled 2 hours or before.
4. Any booking that is not cancelled or is not attended (no show) will be charged in line with point 2 above.

'Pay as you go' customers

1. No refunds will be given to pay as you go customers unless cancelled by 1610 Ltd.

Adult & Junior Courses

1. Please note it is not our policy to issue refunds once the first session of the course has started.
2. All courses are non transferable
